Tinsel and Tam is a short story set in the developing milieu of The City Inside Him.
It details the discovery, concealment, and loss of a boy by two intrepid oarsmen attempting to buy their way into the City with the young treasure. Accompanied by illustration by the author, Tinsel and Tam is a glimpse at life in an impossible world inspired by the work of H P Lovecraft.
